2 cups / 340 g black beans , drained and rinsed 4 green onions , chopped 1 lime ,zest and juice 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional) 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup / 4 tablespoons ground flax seed or bread crumbs would also work 1 handful cilantro ½ teaspoon salt , plus more to taste ¼ teaspoon pepper , plus more to taste 2 tablespoons oil (optional) It’s your choice what kind, I use olive.
