Have you ever made queso? I haven’t! And last week I tasted this amazing queso at my sister’s in law. I fell in love immediately! Check it out.
1 block (32 oz) of velveeta cheese.
1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese.
1 can (10 oz) of rotel.
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup.
1 pound of ground beef or sausage.
In a pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
In a crock pot, pour the cream cheese and add in the velveeta cheese after you cut it into cubes. Mix in the rotel and the cream of mushroom soup and stir until well combined.
On low setting, cook the ingredients for an hour. Add the meat halfway through cooking. Stir occasionally.
